Cisco telepresence hardware in SA?

A client of mine is looking for a Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Set with a 12x camera : http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps12153/index.html

For the life of me I cannot find anyone in SA who can supply me with this without ordering from overseas and at a reasonable price.

Where can I find people who keep stock of this, as I need to deliver overseas within 2weeks of order
 
Cisco don't have any warehouses in South Africa. Apart from some of the basic high volume devices it's all shipped in specially after you order from the local distributor.
 
Try Westcon.

I believe they are the biggest supplier of Cisco in Africa.
 
The guys, will try tomorrow. The westcon tip is gold though,they have sales rep in the country of interest. Will save me a lot of trouble.

Very difficult dealing with Africa from SA. SA distributors of branded products typically markup 60% on RRP for sitting on their arses and clicking the order button,even when we ask them to ship direct. That's normal even when market prices have dropped to half of RRP

I use Dimension Data in Australia and China for Cisco devices, I just saw a news they are laying fibres in CT, not sure if they're a reseller for Cisco in SA.

Give them a try?
