Cisco Voip Gateway Switchboard software

We recently upgraded our Tellephone system to a Cisco Voip gateway.
and we are making use of PeterConnects, this software is absolutely horrible, Its useless and we cannot find local support, we have to deal with people in Belgium.

Does any one know if there is something else we can use ?
