Hi There,

Would just like to share my disappointment in CISP.

I moved over from WebAfrica (OpenServe) to CISP (OpenServe) due to the structure of the CISP Uncapped package - both on a 40/20 fibre line.

WebAfrica speeds were great and consistent - I moved due to running in to the Soft Cap constantly.
CISP - I have recieved my Router, 1 week later. My speeds are erratic and rarely do I get close to the 40mb speed (WA this was not an issue).
I have logged a support ticket for the erratic speeds - no response 2 days later.

After having gone through such Hassle, just disappointed and frustrated I guess.

Sorry to hear that please share your ticket number for me?

Wired connection or wifi?
While I understand why you have asked, I changed nothing on my hardware side aside from new login details. With this setup WA was great.

That said, I followed CISP for speed test which is wired connection through CISP server, got 16up and 16 down which Included in my ticket.
