CISP / Octotel disconnects

Internet has gone to hell since about 3pm Saturday afternoon - Claremont / Rondebosch area in Cape Town. Can’t keep a connection for longer than 5mins. Reboots etc hasn’t helped. Anyone else?

Stabalised on it's own at about 5.50pm after 2 or 3 hrs of disconnects. Hopefully just a glitch in the matrix.
