CISP slow repsonse rate

Hi

I moved into a new place beginning August and put a order in with Cool Ideas on SADV/Vumatel fibre.

The line and router was already installed by the owner, so I thought this will be a simple switch to my account.
After a few times back in forth on the ticket, every time waiting at least 2 days for a response from Cool Ideas the line is still not active.

On Friday Vumatel (or at least some company on behalf of Vumatel) phoned me from 012 993 2479 to tell me the line is configured and I must tell Cool Ideas to activate it. Not sure why I must be the middle man, but anyway.

Logged a ticket on Friday with Cool Ideas to give them the message. Still no response.

Is there anything I can do to make this process quicker and less painful?

I'll have a look for you, there is generally a backlog of orders across the board at the moment. And with the SADV Vumatel merger this just complicates things more.

Will see what I can do from my side to speed things up.
