Citroen worn lockbolt/ locknut removal

Are there any shops in Durban who are able to remove such a concraption?

Supaquick threw their hands in the air and I'm a little wary of going the home Mcguyver route of drilling it out.

Check with Tiger Wheel & Tyre Springfield - Call them first though and find out.

I was there once and saw them removing a lock nut from another vehicle because the owner lost the key.
