Does anyone have any contact for higher up in city power ?

A week ago a truck drove passed our house and ripped the power cable that feeds our house.
We have logged 2 calls and after a few days they just close the tickets with out coming out.

Posted numerous times on there twitter and fb pages and all they say is they will escalate.

We are really desperate now as we had to throw freezer food away

Yep, our ward councillor asks for updates every 12 hours until City Power issues are resolved, it doesn't always speed the process up though.
