Hi @CityPower, please explain why we have power cuts every second day without notice.

You guys keep saying you've fixed the issue but it is recurrent, and it is an inconvenience to Kya Sands residents...

Do we have to worry about this problem or it is being permanently fixed? We've been without electricity since 4am.
