I wish others like Twitter and the like will start doing the same. Many good Twitter names that have not posted anything in the past 6 odd years just lying dormant.

They should recycle them but guess if they do that it will affect their 'user' statistics. Rather let new people sign up for new accounts so that they can say they have a gazillion users (of which half are dormant)....
