Classroom / Lesson Booking Schedule System

About 30 music students. Want to send out a link so they can select their weekly date/time slot for a lesson. This should all show on a calender which slots are available. Maybe even something that sends out a link/reminder. Option to also join an existing group time slot with limited space.

Any apps / web apps that's already available for this purpose. Preferably something free to try.

I am aware of Google and Microsoft Bookings, Notion and Airtables. But all these will require some work to set up for the purpose explained above.

I've been using zcal.co

Their free tier is significantly better than calandly's free tier. If you'll be paying, I'm not sure which is better.
