Clean install Galaxy S1

I searched google and got a lot of sites that basically talks about rom installs.

Is there a way for me to restore / reinstall the phone to the state like it comes out of the box, no apps, nothing?

Settings --> Security --> Factory Reset ( Might not be under security, depending on OS version )

Otherwise google for factory reset, and you'll find your answer

I just took mine in to vodacom and asked them to do i clean install.
