get CCleaner... it doesn't clean up the automatic backups vista makes but it cleans everything else!

i had that on my pc somewhere i will have a look for it. it might be on a disc i have here somewhere too.

Windolene for the CRT monitor and the casing, etc. Careful with LCD's. Damp cloth on keyboard!
