Clear credit score

I've applied for credit and was rejected based on two items that aparently came up when scoring me. These two items were:

1. Telkom mobile
To that date I have never signed up for Telkom mobile and do not owe them anything

2. Edgars
When I signed up they confirmed six month interest free, when I made a purchase the guy said its not interest free and that most new account are not interest free as they are steering away from this option. I immediatly email edgars and told them to cancel my account as I was lied too..

Question is how do I clear these items from my credit score?

Clear your credit score? So you want your score to be zero?

I suspect you mean that you'd like to clear the listings from your profile. Lodge a dispute, each of the merchants will than have 20 days to make representation with evidence, failing which, the listings will be removed.
