Clientzone not tracking data use properly

Hello Afrihost,

As much as I love the RAIN LTE service, it seems as though I'm not being billed properly!
Have a shufti at this:

Seems to think that for the last 3 days or so I've used no data at all, though it may be since the afternoon of the 30th because I'm sure I used more than what is actually logged. Been YouTubing quite a bit on the days where zero usage is apparent.

From the graph you can see that I'm not a terribly heavy user, but I don't want to feel as though I'm abusing the service.

Are there some steps I can take to try and sort this out?

It doesn't look like the usage is being updated for your account! That's not good! Please Inbox me your details and I'll check what's going on!
 
Im having the same issue, especially near the end of last month, zero usage on data even though was youtubing quite a bit.

you should already have my details as I spoke previously to you guys.

well I sure a few others might add thier voices to it, and it will get fixed quicker if enough say something.

so yes and no...

I can assure you that is already a priority to improve this aspect of the Fixed Wireless packages. :)

Wouldn't really be honest to take advantage of Afrihost / RAIN, after all I did get a pretty sweet deal from them (got a free B618 before the dearth of them started).

Good service providers rely on good customers to stay good.

I just replied to your PM! Thanks. :)

So just to clarify for everyone, the usage is definitely being tracking, but the actual usage report that is supposed to update the usage on the ClientZone was delayed. We are working to get this updated!
