Clientzone STILL not accurate with Rain Data...

Hi

This is becoming incresingly frustrating, especially at month-end when one is trying to work within whatever data is left.... Only to be "capped" when Clientzone say's there's 4GB left! And then it takes anywhere from 10 - 20 mins for topup to register and be able to work again... We've been told month after month that this is being "worked on" - can someone at Afrihost please gove a definitive answer as to why the Rain data is still not being reflected accurately on CZ?

As mention before this is an issue that we are aware of and that we are working on. There are quite a few variables and obstacles with regards to this problem that needs to be addressed before we can fix this issue entirely. I can assure you that the Team is making headway and I am pretty sure this will be sorted out soon.

I know that this is frustrating and I thank you for being patient for so long.
