ClientZone "User Account Disabled" and missing support emails?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone experienced "user account disabled" all of a sudden on client zone?

Then, I have sent email to billing@ and support@ but no auto-response that ticket created.

I am trying to urgently change my billing details so debit order doesn't fail and they dont cancel account (it failed before too many times because of debit order issues)

Anyone know best channel to address billing/support? I am unable to phone during the day

Good luck with that. The security team now requires you to send a colour photo of you holding your id. certified copy of id, proof of residence, you need to provide a bank stamped bank statement from the bank account that the debit order failed on and if you have any credit or debit cards linked you need to provide colour photos of them blanking out the first 4 digits. You also need to give a detailed explanation why the debit order or auto payment failed. If you do not pass all these check the security team won't enable your account.

Same happened to me and since I had an outdated phone number and no longer had access to my bank account since I closed it they refused to reopen my Afrihost account and said I should rather pay the balance which was R29 via EFT and they closed my Afrihost account. Ohh and the reps can't help either they will just escalate to security team asking the same documents.

Updated my debit order details yesterday via clientzone. (edit - debit order was not returned though)

Filled in new banking details
Saved
Received email to say I need to verify pmnt details (code found on my bank statement from previous debit order)
Filled that in
Saved
Done.
