Sounds like stupid to me - can't connect to work email from home, so I'll just send this one off from my personal account. I estimate 80% of 50+ middle managers do this at least once a week, to the chagrin of their CIO's.

At least they have copies of all the emails. Under Bush they all went "missing". Including the backups.

Definitely. Running your own email is generally a good idea in terms of privacy, if you have the time or money to set it up.

I expect she doesn't use iCloud!
