I have the same question. Their prices are extremely good. They do have an office address that you can apparently collect from which is usually a good sign

Yeah. Seems like they're back in business again. I know that they said that they were doing some maintenance, but it was still weird how all their social media and phone number just ceased to exist.

Not sure about that but their social media presence exist and they respond via email ticket and live chat on their website very quickly. never had any issues with them as yet :/
