They can't, simple as that. Same as they couldn't before the lockdown, the haves will always get better education than the have nots, blame the governments incompentent handling of education.

But even when every kid was going to physical schools the gap was there based on money. What's the remote learning got to do with it?

Maybe we should ask Cuba for help.

They tried that :-). Turned out great for a week or two until the under privileged school "lost" all the tablets. Seems they've got grand ideas, but no idea how to implement them.
I'm still waiting for a public school in the West Rand to open, it's only been 26 years since the last one.

Solution is simple, get rid of the good schools and make the education bad for everyone.

Liberation before education.
Equality before quality.
 
Instead of handing out R350 every month make it R35000. Not going to make much of a difference, the economy can't afford even the R350 so might as well go out in style.
