They can't, simple as that. Same as they couldn't before the lockdown, the haves will always get better education than the have nots, blame the governments incompentent handling of education.

But even when every kid was going to physical schools the gap was there based on money. What's the remote learning got to do with it?

They tried that . Turned out great for a week or two until the under privileged school "lost" all the tablets. Seems they've got grand ideas, but no idea how to implement them.
I'm still waiting for a public school in the West Rand to open, it's only been 26 years since the last one.
