So I'm having this particularly weird (and seriously annoying) issue whereby my very cool, very expensive OpenMesh Access Points disconnect from my dashboard once a day, but only when they attempt to reach the dashboard via ADSL. This doesn't happen on 3G or fibre.
ISP: MWEB Business (IS)
Kit: http://www.open-mesh.com/
Method of connecting: HTTPS/TLS
Server: cloud_ap4.cloudtrax.com ie: 54.214.248.239 / 50.112.92.95
Successful connection: http://stroebs.com/openmesh-successful-198-filtered.pcap
Failed connection: http://stroebs.com/openmesh-failed-198.pcap
What happens is that the AP attempts to connect, sends all its SYN/ACKs until it requests a server certificate, then a few retransmissions are submitted and the connection is reset.
This doesn't happen on any other site that uses Faircom (my fibre ISP) to connect. It was also happening to one site up until I switched the ISP to Faircom and now has no issues.
Any clues??
