When thinking of how to describe RSAWEB to a candidate though, there is really only one thing that comes to mind and that is innovation. We need someone that has experience in the following:
• Storage arrays (preferably NetApp, else HP, EMC, Hitachi)
• Storage Fabric and Protocols (NFS, Fibre Channel, ISCSI over Cisco, Arista)
• Virtualisation (Preferably VMWare ESXi and vSphere, vCloud Director)
• Networking (preferable CCNA)
• Linux Expert
KPI’s include but are not limited to:
• Product development and deployment
• Product uptime
• Customer service
We are looking for someone with the capacity to grow, leadership qualities, creativity, bias for action and most important, a voracious appetite to learn.
