Most probably as they run everything through a central set of Huawei firewalls,

What do you notice? I see rain just slows down for no bloody reason (no packet loss - increased latency) and then it picks up again.

My Oracle VM instance has Gbit network and tests really close but when connecting a device on the Wireguard VPN max speeds are around 10 - 25Mbps. But speed test without any VPN reaches speeds of up to 80Mbs.

I'm trying to test another port to see if there is a difference.

The Cloud firewalls are probably as secretive about what they do as the commercial hardware firewall vendors who fork linux, smack a UI on it and call it a firewall.
