C'mon MWEB! : no gaming for 2 weeks straight!!?!

Well 1st i thought this was my game or their server from Blizzard..

Well nope it wasn't..Put it this way,2weeks ago i tried to log in on to my World of warcraft game round about 4pm
,the game got stuck on "handshaking"..as i understand it this means when my IP and their server meet and accept so i can go further ..sadly no..so re installed the game,cleared cache files,flushed my dns renewed!!NOTHING!! same thing..

So contacted one of Blizzard's team and told them about this and they couldn't find any probs with my account and told me it's my ISP..still i thought,this can't be..my friend has the same game installed from my CD..just his own key he bought..Nothing wrong with his game at all..BUT..installed and got a key for my Gf ..same thing happens to her.."handshaking" ,so this is my ADSL seeing me and her live together,same thing when he brings his laptop and connects to my wifi..he "hanshaking" as well

but this get me mad..it's that i contacted mweb and she told me to email the techy..after a week i recieved a email from him! saying " Apologies for the delay in answer....The result look very good....I have forwarded the matter to our Games division for possible suggestions regarding the matter"..this was last week Thursday ..till now i have heard nothing from them..

SO PLEASE MWEB! i have never had any complaints about you guys ,only telling everyone MWEB is amazing!! now this happens :/

MWEB has been "slow" and "unstable" since the 15th. They are denying it but people are starting to notice.
 
No issues here...

Although... I struggle to log onto Diablo 3, always have to try a couple times, must test with another ISP, as it's pretty annoying.
 
Have you guys tested gaming with other ISP, my Mweb runs very well in all games/downloads (Diablo 3 is a bit choppy tho)

Apologies for the service you received so far regarding your Gaming query.

I will have it investigated right now and will provide feedback once done.
 
Currently can't login to Diablo III, only had this issue twice before in the past few days.

Afternoon bradrap, are you running any downloads at the moment? If you are, please stop all traffic and test to see if you are able to access Diablo.
