Anyone of CMS software that uses Microdoft SQL Server?
Everything I find is MySQL, which I can't use because my boss refuses to use it.

Oh, create basic websites. Looked at Joomla and Drupal and several others but none support MS SQL.

what does your boss have against mysql- HP, Google, nasa are just three of many who use it...

Umbraco is single-handedly THE best cms using ASP.NET and MSSQL. Have a look at it, you won't regret it.

Whatever you do stay far away from Dotnetnuke.

lol, was just a suggest, never worked with it

You can be very grateful for that. Probably the worst CMS I have ever had the pain of working with. Umbraco is like a breathe of fresh air compared to Dotnetnuke. If anyone wants to know why, feel free to message me.

I've heard some bad stuff about DotNetNuke by just reading random googled forums. But now I want to know why. Share, damnit!

Because Joomla and Drupal don't?

No, you want to "create basic websites."
Use HTML.
CMS is only used if you have a larger site on which the content changes a lot/or are added a lot.
A basic website is mostly static...

Oh. btw, where are you going to host it?

Um, Joomla and Drupal use HTML too... :erm: Probably better to say he should stick to creating a static website. Telling him to use HTML instead of a CMS is just confusing.
