Cmstorm quick fire pro keyboard issue

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with my CMStorm quickfire pro mechanical keyboard, it refuses to come on. I know the only way to put these on is by the F1 button. Any ideas on getting this thing to work? Maybe a reset?Thanks

What have you tried so far? And when you say "come on", do you mean the backlighting?

These keyboards have lighting on certain keys for gaming. I tried it on my laptop and it works, and its not the usb slots as I tried other usb devices on those slots and they fine.

Return it. I built a mid range gaming pc far a client about a month or so ago and he got the CM Storm Devastator keyboard and mouse bundle. His mouse worked fine, but the keyboard was faulty. Would randomly disconnect and reconnect the whole time and if you press the button to tunr the LED backlighting on like 5 times in a row, it would just stop responding completely. I RMA'd it back to the suppliers, saying it might be a firmware issue. They replaced it about a week later and it's been working great ever since.
