CNET Best device of 2012

In before fanboy war!



Interesting to see any 9/10" tablets on there.
 
Motorola Droid Maxx doesn't deserve to be in there. While I acknowledge that the battery on it is impressive but its overall performance just doesn't justify it being in the top 5. It is like picking a phone with good camera performance and ignoring all else.
