CNN: Africa's Internet gap getting wider

They are stating the obvious. Great! Perhaps Thabo Mbeki reads Cnn.com of not anything else. We know Ivy is shielded pretty well from this. She gets her Telkom aproved "State of telecoms" update every morning with her Telkom sponsored foot massage . Just before she is loaded up for her daily shopping spree... also sponsored by Telkom.
