.co.za Domain Updates Question

A client of ours is going to move hosting providers. The problem is that the email is presently down. Now all of the domain update requests will go through to the same email address which is not available. Rather then renew through the existing crowd (overseas), they want to move to a new ISP (local). The problem is that they can't get their email until it is moved to the new ISP. Is there any way to get Uniforum to update the Domain names and IP Addresses without an email confirmation?

You must send them a written request on a company header (Must be that same as the domain owner as stated on the domain registration)

Then send through the update and they will let it go through

Best is to phone them first

fill out this form: http://co.za/legal/form_02.pdf and make a copy of your ID. Have both the ID and the form commissioned. Then email or fax both through to them.
