co.za domains - no nameservers found

Hi

I'v been trying to register co.za domains and I keep getting that error email - no nameservers found. although I have created the cpanel account and am using the correct nameservers. Anyone had this issue before? any suggestions ??

I have done this many times without a problem. Just seems to have started this week. I suspect it has something to do with my hosting company / whm but they are say all is fine with them.
 
The DNS server doesn't have the domain on it. Even if you create a CPanel account, you need to actually add a domain to it before it will add it to the DNS server before you can register the co.za domain
 
Make sure that your domain (if added to whm) has dns resources assigned to it.
If all else fails pm me the details and I can do a dig

Are you sending the plain text email to [email protected] ???

If that is what you are doing, better go and use one of the existing registrars of the .co.za

I can recommend www.domaincheap.co.za. I been using them for the last year without issues. Also you don't need to specify dns during the registration if you don't want.

after you register, you get a cpanel with your domains and then after you can easily set your own dns.

You are welcome to PM me the domain in question and your nameservers.

I will check the names have the correct records in place.
 
As per PM, the name servers being used and not correctly configured for the domain and this the reason why CO.ZA is complaining.
 
any advice on how to configure them correctly from whm? Iv tried edit dns zone and everything seems to be in order there

Have you queried this with your hosting provider? Perhaps they gave you the wrong DNS addresses for this account?

I have the same problem as other people re changing nameservers

My host changed from ns1.amazinghost.info and ns2.amazinghost.info to ns1.certushost.com and ns2.certushost.com.

They want to deregister the amazinghost nameservers.

My problem is I do not know where to change the nameservers on the whm panel to the new nameservers.

co.za rejects my application to change every time

I have changed the nameservers for when I create new sites but are unable to change it for exsisting sites

I also added the certushost nameservers in the DNS zone

Any help will be highly appreciated
