ERROR: Form had 5 Nameservers - but 'dig' counted 6!
! The Number of NameServer records must be the same as on the application form.

ERROR: No valid nameservers found - rejecting request.

And they only give you 5 options, any ideas on how to get this sorted ?

Are you able to remove ns15.dnsmadeeasy.com from the SOA record? I think what's happening here is it's doing a dig, finding a SOA record with 6 authorative records, matching those to the ones you specified (5) and throwing an unnecessary fit about it.
