I'm trying to pay the domain renewal fees on my .co.za domain so that I can process a domain update on it. But since the billing details are set to the old hosting provider I don't get an invoice.

Can anyone tell me what reference details I should use on a bank transfer, and confirm that it is exactly R50?

I would just use the credit card facility, but that happens to be offline... just my luck sigh.

Just put the domain name ... i.e. domain.co.za and it is exactly R50.

I always just pay via credit card as this updates the domain instantly and you can then process your change

1) Make the payment (http://co.za/banking.shtml).
2) Send proof of payment in PDF format to [email protected] (http://co.za/contact.shtml).

The payment will be processed, normally same day in a couple of hours and will reflect.

All done, thanks for the assist. Hopefully they will sort out the CC billing again soon.

I just hope the new system won't make domain registrations/ updates too much harder to deal with.
