Cockroaches

Move.

If your place is clean and no food is left lying around, then they're coming from your neighbours.

That is the problem - our body corporate now in the process of arranging (on BC's account) for all the units to be treated by Pest Control and common areas at same time because currently there are some tenants who live like pigs, notices and warnings go out to no avail so best option they came up is to spray everything which I think is great, should rid the problem once and for all

until a new tenant moves in with nests in their appliances...

I used an old pot as a dogs bowl and they get in there and then cant climb out because of the smooth sides. So now I baited another pot with a cap of peanut butter floating in water and that caught around 8 of the buggers and drowned them.Works for small rodents aswell, use a bigger pot/container with smooth sides.

You might also want to check inside your wall sockets. There is a good chance that there is where they nest.

How about a combination of the gel as well as the borax powder? Will the one defeat the purpose of the other?
I want to go full force with these German bastards.

For a temporary measure, not a cure spray target Barrier along all doorways and walls. You'll find the dead dudes in the morning after they walk over the barrier. Does nothing about the nest though. But if catches all the buggers that come in your house

Had the same problem in our previous place. Took 3 Doom Foggers and pet flea powder
