COD - Black Ops 2

I'm genuinely excited..... BUT, and a very big one ... I do expect issues for the first 6 weeks! There always are!
 
pre order out for delivery today, cool, will have something to play with tomorrow
 
small print on my notification for delivery: "Please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery" ?!?!? I specifically phoned beforehand and inquired if I would get delivery on Day of release & was promised absolutely yes ....

Really? Wierd...Everything i've ever preordered from them,I recieved on release day. :confused: Sorry mate.
 
Dam Treyarch... encrypted the config file and we cant edit it :( My copy should arrive at 9 from Kalahari. Anyone at home today?

A crash may occur if no DLC is owned when joining on a player that is in the Nuketown 2025 lobby.
Having both an on-board audio device and a PCI sound card enabled at the same time may result in a crash.
A crash may occur if the user tries to run the game without an audio device installed.
Changing resolution while livestreaming may result in a crash.
When viewing a film as a party, users may get a crash if the party leader leaves while the film is buffering.
Loading Movies might not play if a user unplugs a USB audio output device after the game has launched.
Users may lose functionality after locking their PC while a loading movie is playing
A steam error may appear after selecting update when prompted with a “Game Settings Have Changed” message. Launching the game again will resolve this.

Other Known Issues:

Could not load default asset ‘fonts/720/consolefont’ for asset type ‘font’ - this issue appears to be related to users in Russia and Poland running their clients in English. Setting the game back to the correct language appears to resolve the issue.
Dependency Failure error when launching game - caused by the game not being fully installed on user's machine. Installing all components of the game (SP, MP, & Zombies) before launching appears to fix the issue.
Crash at the boat scene in the 2nd mission - Specific to Nvidia graphics cards. Treyarch working with Nvidia on a fix.

i have been playing till about 3am, i'm dreading the day already.... so far this game is awesome, have had no issues so far and the gameplay is very fluent...
 
Been jamming since midnight. Really enjoying it.
Breaking to take a shower and shock the system into awake mode then heading back.
 
oo .. ok I Contacted Look & Listen Online, they referred me to their Courrier (Internet Express), and my game will arrive this morning!!! YAY
 
Aaaaand the Local Hosts are ... bbbaaa booom ... I guessed it .. MWEB.

Just got my game delivered, with a free 40gb voucher from vox!

EDIT: I love my ebucks... bought 2 copies of BO2 and get 80gb free from Vox & bonus Nuke Town map... all for free!
