COD MW 2 LAN?

I am hosting a 30 player LAN this weekend specifically around COD MW2 but can just see there are going to be numerous LAN issues. Has anyone actually LANned it yet?

I have heard that you can play it in offline mode via the private game option ?

I dont have it yet, but I hear there is a no steam crack that supports lan. Google Skidrow-Proper.

BTW where do you LAN ?

I host a LAN for Rectron customers every quarter or so,. Was going to give away a prestige edition and a load of other prizes so the customers arent going to be too impressed. :-(

Lan works over pvt game...as far as i know you need to connect through steam offline...but i speak under correction...
