CoD mw2

hey can someone help me with this little problem i got, i go onto CoD mw2 today and my NAT is set to Strict.... wat does that mean, and how can i fix that i went to infintryward.com/NAT but at that website they jst tell u to configure your router, also yesterday i was playing with a few trainers for single player does that have a contributing factor to that or do i jst need to configure my router cause its been fine for the past 4 weeks. (ive got telkom adsl 400 billion g router). so if anyone could help me with the configurations

I have an even wierder Nat issue

If I dial from pc using Telkom Im open, but if I try use my uncapped account from Axxess I am set to strict... But my GF's computer is set to open on both lol...

Both Using windows 7, both have default windows firewall enabled...

Any ideas what I clicked on my side that could cause this?
