CoD: WaW Map Pack 2 help

Does anybody know how to do the whole VPN thing to d/load the new map pack and getting around the regional locking irritation? Dunno if this has been posted already.

Is that why i havent been able to find it on the PSN store?! I just thought they were being slow...

For what reason would it be region locked? I thought it was released to the whole world...
