Hi Folks,

I am trying to locate the local distributor of codegen products.

If you you know who that is , please let me know.

:)

They manufacture computer chassis amongst other things :

Codegen S-201 Jumbo Tower Chassis - No PSU

Sybaritic.co.za sell them, perhaps you can investigate further with them?

Codegen products seem a bit dodgy IMHO.

The S-201 is a great case - a bit sharp about the edges, but a great case - huge!
I got my black one from Cyberdyne a few years back...

Yeah well when you pay R190 for a case it's no small wonder the build quality sucks! They don't look pretty and they don't have any features like quick release, etc. but they work and I mean R190 for a ATX midi tower case!

Their PSU's aren't bad in my experience either :) Must say they are the only brand PSU's I've ever bought that didn't break! (no joke) I have bought about 4 of them for PC's that were on a budget and each and every one is still going strong VS. a Thermaltake PSU that blew (replaced with a codegen), Antec that doesn't work (replaced with codegen), OCZ that came faulty out of the box (using codegen in the meantime). In the first 2 cases the original PSU's lasted 1 year (just past warranty) while the codegens have lasted more than 2years now (and they cost R400 for a 480W PSU!). Their noise level is a bit higher but not unbearable.

I'm quite impressed with their products, they don't look the part but they perform in the area's where it matters...

Anyway on the topic Cyberdyne Systems in JHB is codegen supplier as mentioned above.
