one cup of coffee a week...for the rest tea of the peppermint variety...these days, I pluck a few of leaves from the peppermint bush..bruise the leaves, and brew myself a cuppa.

Nice peppermint is awesome but, if you are a dude, you may want to look into decreasing your mint intake a bit...... apparently its linked to low T levels :D #justsaying

Been trying out the Biedouw Valley roibos blends. So far the Chai and Lemon Grass one's have been nice, the Camomile one tastes kinda funny but don't really know if it actually relaxes me. Also have a Freshpack Senna blend pack for when I need to give the system a kick.....

“It is inhumane, in my opinion, to force people who have a genuine medical need for coffee to wait in line behind people who apparently view it as some kind of recreational activity. I bet this kind of thing does not happen to heroin addicts. I bet that when serious heroin addicts go to purchase their heroin, they do not tolerate waiting in line while some dilettante in front of them orders a hazelnut smack-a-cino with cinnamon sprinkles.”

Coffee mostly although I could go 2 weeks drinking tea. Only rooibos though. Can't stand any other tea.

Rooibos I will drink with or without milk depending on how I feel on the day.

I never liked tea, and stopped drinking coffee at some point.

Does a hot toddy count as a hot breakfast beverage?

Most often coffee. Sometimes black tea. Used to drink a nice Kenyan variety. Like Whittard English Breakfast. Can't stand green tea, rooibos, etc.
