Coffee shops in Melville

We have journalists from Kenya as guests and they want to meet someone in Melville for an interview. Good quality coffee is a must.

The best I could come up with is Love Books/Service Station.

Can anyone local or familiar with the area recommend another coffee shop with a bit of character, or is that the best one?

I haven't been yet, but I've always wanted to go to Split Milk in Melville. It looks like a place with a lot of character. Sadly I moved away from Joburg so won't be going there anytime soon.

De la Creme is an option. Coffee is decent enough, baked goods are excellent.
