Human rights in this country were a noble goal, but idealism isn't the best way to solve the real world problems we have in this country.

This is why we have access to the courts, use it or lose it. There is no immediate resolution.

I will ask you, do you condone the actions by the two accused?

If the treapasser was a whitey would you believe it would have resulted in the same controversy. Honestly I think most of us know the truth by now. Penny Sparrow is point in case. It's political grandstanding against the evil unwanted white settlers.

Our justice system is predicated on making the judgement on what a reasonable person would do in similar circumstances. The media (as usual) have been very sparse about what could have motivated these guys to do this.

If it were a case of trespassing, I would say it is an unreasonable action and they deserve the full force of the law.
If the guy had just tried to attack one of the guy's children (for example), you cannot expect them to act reasonably in that circumstance.

Controversy, elaborate? You can always go and protest outside the courts, but do you or is MyBb more convenient to do so?

Penny Sparrow, the so-called white parties, white parties and black parties stood up against the Sparrow remark.

You want action, then take action, stop bitching here. Take the black racists to court, skip the SAHRC. Too many people moan here every day than to take bloody action.

Don't these people have Jobs? How can they just take off to protest or in our new democracy is there compassionate leave for protest allocated?:confused:
