coj domestic effluent charge

Hi, I just wanted to know how much I should be paying for domestic effluent to COJ municipality .

I'm in a sectional title flat and the charge seems to be 262 including vat...but having a look at the 14/15 tariffs on coj website it seems it should be 118 excl vat.

If any of you are staying in a sectional title flat, what are you paying ?

I have a 77 meter squared sectional title unit:

Rates: R138.63
Refuse Removal: R128.65
TOTAL: R267.28

In a sectional title complex, no effluent charges on my account, may be on the BC.

Property rates and refuse is based on the value of the property.
