He is not the only one who this happened to.. I heard about two other people this past week.. I might have seen a post on this forum about it too, but the other case was someone who knows me who asked me for help that side.

EDIT: friend of ours in Roodepoort. We're trying to get it sorted out because they of course can't pay such a huge amount and if you don't pay they cut the water off.

They used to do it in Pretoria all the time. One of the reasons I'm on prepaid. Whenever there is news about cash flow issues this tends to happen.
