Collectors Edition Woes...

Hellooo! I had pre-ordered and pre-purchased a copy of the Collectors Edition through BT Games, however due to being in hospital, I was only able to pick up my copy on the 13 September.

I have installed the game and added the Collectors Edition Serial key to my account, however when I enter the game and check my Mail, I only seem to receive the Golem Banker and Hero's Band.

The Summon Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill, Miniature Rytlock, Chalice of Glory and Tome of Influence are not in my In Game Mail.

Can someone please help me figure out what to do or shed some light on my problem and help a n00b out?

The miniature Rytlock... that's a physical thing, not an ingame item. The rest I can't help with, sorry. Maybe ask on the GW2 Twitter page.

The miniature Rytlock is an in-game pet as opposed to the Rytlock statuette :)

As for the rest, they're "sorting it out" and have been for a while.

Some people created their first characters then deleted them shortly after and lost the pet and the items because they had assumed that the items were all account-bound and would be applicable to each new character and non-tradable (I was one of those people).

They're working on an option to have them returned to folks who haven't used them yet (either through interacting with an NPC or the old /bonus command that we used in Guild Wars 1).

As for your Mistfire Wolf skill, it should be there under your skills page riiiight at the bottom. It's only usable after level 30.

Good luck and hope the hospital trip wasn't too bad and that you've made a quick recovery.

Thanks for the replies guys!

There's two I believe, one an in game "mini pet" and the other a figurine... Thank you for the tip about the Twitter page. I'm going to check out their Forums and see what comes up too.

YAY, thanks for replying and clarifying a few things for me.

I'm VERY relieved to hear that its not just me who's experiencing this problem. I think if they went with the /bonus command, it would make everyone breathe a LOT easier and enable all their characters to sport the Goodies.

Thanks for the well wishes. I should be wet nose healthy and bobbing tail good in no time... :D
