Coma patient wakes up after 20 years!

When u first wake up it must kinda seem like you're dreaming it all, I mean when you're sleeping for 20 years your dreams become your reality, so when you wake up it might seem like you're dreaming... or something, okay forget it.

Imagine what an upgrade he will get, going from OS/2 to Windows XP. :D
 
There was cases reported locally here in S.A which made the medical journals where somebody in a persistant vegative state was prescribed an insomnia drug (Zolpidim) but only for them to "wake" up and have normal conversations with his family ... the effect lasted only for 6 hours at a time.
