Combine 2 logins on 1 connection - Possible ?

Hi,
the title seems a bit cryptic, but that is the shortest way I can think of putting it

I have a wireless connection at my Business and at Home
Both signals are supplied by the same ISP
They are 2 seperate accounts - different Username and Passwords to log in

My ISP don't want to increase my speed for my Home connection over weekends and after hours - when the Business connection is dormant.

I want to know, is it possible to log in to both accounts, at the same time at my Home, and make full use of available bandwidth I'm paying for.
