In order to obtain some redundancy in my dailup connections, I have ended up with 3 providers, all having their own strengths and weeknesses. I have,
mtn uncapped lite via router
vodacom 10gb via usb hauwai dongle
screamer via wireless connected to another router.

Is there someway to
a) combine the speed of all three for a truely warpspeed experience
b) automatically reroute the trafic if one of these go down for any teason?

Ideally it should not involve more hardware
Any suggestion would be welcome.

Combine them? No. To combine more than one connection, you need them to combined on the other end too, i.e. line bonding. So you can only do this with one ISP, and I don't know of any that will let you do this with connections that aren't identical.

You can use more than one connection, either randomising outgoing connections between the two, or defining specific routes for each connection. See more here: http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.rpdb.multiple-links.html

take a look at pfsense and dedicate a box to it
