I go to the virgin active gym in Constantia Kloof and it is so freaking full I can't even find parking space in the back rows!!! so I went home and here I am. And this at a time when most of y'all should be having supper with your families!!!

Go home and let me have a workout please. Flipsakes!

kthxbye :D

PS: Shouldn't they make it a bigger gym if there are so many people who go there? There aren't even that many sets of weights and stuff there so I don't know what the heck everyone is doing inside :/ lol

No, nothing wrong with the gym size...it's the sheep syndrome.

Ideally one should go to gym on an empty stomach first thing in the morning...so if you really serious about working out, go at 6am...or if you dead serious and want an empty gym, try 5am.

Or if i'm talking stuff that is hurting your head right now then go at lunchtime to get a nice, empty, aerobic-class, fat-people free gym.

It is the closest gym. The next one I believe is in honeydew? which is a bit out of the way.

My lunch break is 30mins...hardly enough time to get to gym nevermind working out :p

I think the best is to go early in the morning...but I don't always go to bed early enough :/

over-subscription at the gyms sucks big time... they're all about the same although you don't want to go near the VA just off Grayston at any time.

On weekends the gym is near dead...actually from Thursdays onwards. But I pay good money and would like to go whenever I please and when schedule allows :( I don't think that is being too naive is it?

just wait another month or two when winter hits.....the whole new years resolution thing will be withered away in the face of dark mornings and cold evenings...
