That's why it's best to kill your cap 2 or 3 days before the end of the month !

If you have a bunch of friends you can stay up the last few days of the moth capping 1 account a day. Most of the times you can get 2 days out of 1 account. But dont think telkom doesnt have the bandwidth to support every adsl guy downloading at 52kb/s at the same time. They do and they only use about 1/1000 of what they have (read it in some IEEE mag). Its really sad to think about it.
