Their agreements are laughable when applying for a new product.

The client gets a Wacom digital
tablet and fingerprint reader.

The consultant instructs client to sign.

Wacom digital scribble pad says something like sign to accept terms and conditions.

No terms and conditions are provided.

Signing an unseen agreement?

How does that constitute an agreement?

my mother spent over an hour updating their details for FICA, and that's not counting the wait in line

I could be wrong but I remember signing or initialling some papers.

Truly I never held a ball point pen, and there were no terms and conditions shown to me, either digitally nor in hardcopy before the Wacom scribble pad called for my signature, and the consultant advised me to sign. Granted it makes no difference as the bank owns you, and the t&c's surely couldn't be read in the allotted time. Still presenting the agreement has always been part of the show. Cannot see this passing any type of legal scrutiny.
