Hey Everyone!

So I have C&C Generals and a couple of friends who are keen to play against each other online.

So we found this program called Hamachi and you can play it (and other LAN games) over there pretty easily...

Anyone keen to play? Would be awesome!

Overloard Charging: I am in. have to download it first though. PM me the details

Hell yes.

Please PM me the details, and I hope you plan to play Generals: Zero Hour.

You might want to check out Evolve, similar to Hamachi but has more features.

We use Comodo Unite VPN, but I really want an application which also supports LAN (OFFLINE).

Sending the details to you!

Fulcrum - you want the details? How does comodo work? Is it a good platform, we can always set up a nice big group on there

Nah, my gaming days are over. *

It is okay, don't really use anything else other than hardware or server "administration" OS solutions.

Used to be called easyVPN until they ran into trademark issues... When they did rebranding to Unite, they enabled the ability to log in with one account over several devices, which I like across my decentralised pc's.

The network management (VPN's / groups) is done online without any hassles, pretty much straightforward.

* I will link to the group though, never now when you might want to participate...

I personally prefer the comodo unite over hamachi, if you use the free version of hamachi you are limited to only 5 pc's on your network, where comodo unite does not have that limitation. I have used, Hamachi, Comodo and Game Ranger, and I prefer Comodo.

If you can, check out a mod for it called Shockwave. Adds some new Generals and balances out some of the units :)

Hey guys!

Okay so after tinkering around and with HUGE thanks to killerbyte! We going to play on Evolve, it's seems like a great platform and we arn't limited to 5 people in a group!

So if you guys are still keen to come jam some games! (all types of games) go to evolve and just install it.. my nick on there is "TheJman"...

Hope to see you guys there for some serious game play!

Thanks again to killerbyte!!

Try Tunggle out too, using it to play LOTR Battle For Middle Earth 2 and its cool because you can create your own private network to play with friends or just join the hundreds of public networks. I found Tunngle to be the easiest of the many VPN programs out there :)

This could be interesting... its always been my biggest issue with the new multiplayer games, I want to play with my mates, not some random from over the pond...
